All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) after we receive your order confirmation and full payment. During peak sales seasons, holiday rushes or high-volume order periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 business days. Customers will receive a timely email notification if any significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Fees & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on product weight, package dimensions, shipping destination and selected service level, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Incorrect Address Responsibility
Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate, complete and valid at checkout, including apartment/unit numbers, street details, city, state and ZIP code. MARTINEZ TRADING CO., LTD. is not liable for lost, misdelivered or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address errors, additional reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, providing your order number and tracking details for prompt assistance.
Damaged Items
If your consumer electronics arrive damaged due to shipping mishandling, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and submit clear photos/videos of the damaged product, original retail packaging and shipping box. Our team will review the claim thoroughly and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

MARTINEZ TRADING CO., LTD. is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, unauthorized disassembly, water exposure or failure to follow product specifications.
7. International Shipping & Customs Notice
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, regulatory fees or inspection charges may apply according to the laws of the destination country. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or quoted shipping fees.
